Libyans rely on Meta’s products more than other platforms for accessing news. However, the bias in the company’s algorithms has isolated Libyans from regional news.
Proposal Summary: The report will show how algorithms affect the flow of news to users, isolating them from regional realities and keeping them only informed about their immediate environment.
